Driver leads deputies on chase through southtowns

HAMBURG, N.Y. (WIVB) — News 4 is trying to find out why a driver led Sheriff’s deputies on a chase through several towns.
The chase ended on Southwestern Blvd. near Pleasant Ave. in Hamburg.
Deputies were seen going through a suspect’s vehicle, which had a tire that was ripped to shreds.
Four people were taken into custody, according to deputies.
It is not clear where the chase started, or why the people in the vehicle refused to stop.
