Driver indicted in connection with crash that killed 2, injured 2 in Buffalo

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A Buffalo man was arraigned last week for allegedly causing a March crash on Main Street that killed two people and injured two others in another vehicle, the Erie County District Attorney's Office announced.Officials said Devin M. Ford, 23, was allegedly driving northbound on Main Street at a high rate of speed without headlights on when he struck another vehicle just past midnight on March 21at the Humboldt Parkway intersection.
