Driver gets probation for hitting, injuring pedestrian in Cheektowaga

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Buffalo man received a year of probation for hitting and injuring a pedestrian in 2021 in Cheektowaga, the Erie County District Attorney's Office said Thursday.Timothy Wagner, 29, hit and injured a 60-year-old man from Depew while driving on Losson Road near Wedgewood Drive on the morning of April 19, 2021. Wagner veered onto the shoulder of the road while driving eastbound.
