Driver admits to falling asleep at wheel following Chautauqua County crash

KIANTONE, N.Y. (WIVB) – A driver from Jamestown admitted to falling asleep at the wheel while driving Tuesday morning after narrowly missing a swimming pool display and crashing into a play set in the same yard.
The driver, David A. Philbrick, 42, of Jamestown, was charged with failure to keep right.
The crash occurred on Foote Avenue Ext. An investigation into the crash showed that the vehicle being operated by Philbrick left the roadway and crashed into a large billboard sign. The vehicl
