DraftKings granted a stay to continue operating in New York

NEW YORK (WIVB) — An appeals court has granted fantasy sports company DraftKings a stay to continue operations in New York.
The court ruled that the company may continue operations in the state less than half a day after a judge blocked the company from operating in New York.
FanDuel remains barred from doing business in New York as per the judge’s decision.
The companies argue their games are based on skill and are therefore lawful.
