Downtown Holiday Inn to close in September

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A hotel staple in the downtown Buffalo area will close down in September, with Holiday Inn on Delaware Avenue listing its only reason as “non renewal of lease.”
The closure of Holiday Inn, owned by WPH Midtown Associates, L.P., will put 82 employees out of work. The 620 Delaware Avenue business also holds the restaurant Grille 620 , but it’s not yet known if that will also close.
