DOT removes brand new path

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB)- Two weeks after pouring a brand new blacktop pedestrian path leading up to the Scajaquada, the same DOT crews were ripping it up and taking it away Tuesday.
This comes just days after the NY State Department of Transportation announced that it had suspended plans to put a crosswalk along Route 198 near Elmwood Avenue.
