Dog wanders onto I-190 Friday morning

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — New York State Police say a dog made it’s way onto I-190 near Niagara Street around 5:30 Friday morning.
State Police say the dog was a young husky. When it arrived on the highway, it got scared and hid under a parked vehicle, according to authorities.
Within the next hour, the dog left the underside of the car, but State Police could not confirm whether the dog was forcibly removed or if it left on its own.
