Disabled veteran reunited with missing dog

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — UPDATE at 9:30AM Thursday.  A disabled veteran living in North Buffalo has been reunited with her dog, Hero, which was missing. News 4’s Rachele Mongiovi will have updates later today.
