Developmentally disabled teen missing after jumping from car

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A teen is missing in Buffalo and police are asking the public for help.
Officers say Tashunda Tolliver jumped from a car on the 600 block of Broadway on Wednesday while wearing a white shawl and green MST shirt with blue pants and black boots.
Tolliver is a 13-year-old with the mental capacity of a 10-year-old, police say, and according to her foster mother, has ADHD.
