Debate over kids’ bedtimes goes viral

WILLIAMSVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) –  It’s a huge dilemma for parents: How many hours of sleep should your children get, new data finds five-year-olds should get more than 11 hours a night.
A graph was shared by an elementary school in Wisconsin. It’s been shared almost 300 thousand times on Facebook. It says 5-year-olds should sleep 11 hours and 15 minutes, starting as early as 6:45 P.M. It goes up each age to 12-year-olds, who should sleep 9 hours and 45 minutes.&
