David Sweat processed following arraignment, not guilty plea

PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. (WIVB) — In his first appearance in court since his time in the hospital, David Sweat faced arraignment in court.
Sweat, who escaped from Clinton County’s maximum security prison in early June, has been recovering from gunshot wounds incurred upon his capture by New York State Police.
