DA, residents showing support for a drowsy driving law

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — There is currently a bill in the State assembly looking to make drowsy driving punishable. Currently, any non-commercial driver who is found to be too tired behind the wheel, is exonerated from punishment in any case – whether the driver gets a ticket, causes a crash with injuries or someone dies.
