Cuomo says refusing refugees allow terrorists to win

ALBANY, N.Y. (WIVB) — Gov. Cuomo says turning Syrian refugees away would be like letting terrorists win by “conceding defeat of the American dream.”
But some top federal law enforcement officials are acknowledging the vetting process is limited by the intelligence available.
President Obama says the United States plans to resettle 10,000 refugees from Syria and New York State and Erie County will welcome some of them.
