CSAT on lockout during police investigation

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — The middle school and high school buildings of Charter School for Applied Technologies on Kenmore Avenue were placed on lockout Monday morning.
North Tonawanda Police told Town of Tonawanda Police that they’re looking for a criminal suspect believed to be in the area near the school.
A SWAT team was called to the scene and a U.S. Customs and Border Protection helicopter is in the air.
