Crime Stoppers, BPD offering reward for homicide information

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Crime Stoppers and Buffalo police together are offering up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest of whoever killed Quantrell Carson.
Carson, 34, was fatally shot on Northland Ave. on Jan. 4.
