Crews tranquilize moose found loose in city alleyway

TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Authorities made a strange and rather large discovery in the city of Troy Monday morning.
A moose sighting is certainly not what you’d expect, but they managed to first keep the moose penned in and then tranquilize it.
It all started around 2 a.m. when police say they received a call for a moose that was spotted by Dinosaur BBQ. From there, folks with the State Department of Environmental Conservation were called in.
