Crews cutting up ice in Cazenovia Creek

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Workers are busy again in Buffalo.
Engineers from the city’s Department of Public Works have started cutting up the ice in Cazenovia Creek.
They made 50 triangle-shaped cracks to allow the water to flow on top of the ice to help prevent flooding.
