Crews begin turning Buffalo warehouse into apartment complex

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Work is underway to transform a warehouse on Swan St. in Buffalo into new apartments.
City leaders helped kick off the project Wednesday afternoon.
The former Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company warehouse was built in 1910.
The 800-story building will soon house more than 100 one and two-bedroom apartments.
