Court date for Sabres’ O’Reilly pushed back for a second time

LONDON, ONTARIO (WIVB) — For a second time, Ryan O’Reilly did not have to appear in court. Instead, his court date again has been pushed back.
Ryan O’Reilly is facing charges of driving while ability impaired and failure to remain at the scene of an accident after striking a Tim Hortons restaurant in July.
The court originally slated O’Reilly to appear in August. Court officials say O’Reilly’s hearing will be rescheduled for October.
