Counterfeit bills passed at Cheektowaga Walmart

CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. (WIVB) – Cheektowaga Police are looking to identify a man who passed counterfeit $100 bills.
Police say the man passed the fake bills at a Walmart on Thruway Plaza Drive at approximately 3:40 p.m. on Sept. 3.The man appears to be in his late 20’s or early 30’s and is approximately 6’ 2” tall, with black hair and beard.
He was seen wearing a black t-shirt and gray shorts with white sneakers.
