Cooling down in a new way

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) —This summer, on top of being dry, Western New York has been hot! There are a lot of different ways to cool down, but when jumping into a pool isn’t an option what do you do? One local woman had an idea. Cooling vests and headbands; and they are changing the game.
Her brother was a fashion designer in New York City. She was an entrepreneur here in Buffalo. Her brother was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and was unable to continue working. That was the
