Convicted killer released from prison facing rape charges

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB)–A convicted killer, who was released from prison in September of 2019, is facing charges once again. Kyle Cummings faces rape charges. The victim was under 15-years-old. Cummings spent years behind bars for his role in the 2002 murder of Niagara Falls teenager Jennifer Bolender. He was granted parole last year.
