Construction reaches halfway point on mixed use Elmwood Village building

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Workers are moving forward with a mixed use building on Elmwood Avenue that will mix apartments and restaurants in a four-story building.
As construction moves forward, designers have changed the vision of the building slightly. With the update, they say more than 20 luxury apartments, a two-story restaurant and retail space will occupy the new, large complex.
