Community raises Puerto Rican flag

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Members of the local Hispanic community joined together to celebrate a flag raising ceremony on Thursday in the Niagara Square.
The Puerto Rican and other Hispanic flags flew high after they were raised in the afternoon, giving community members a chance to celebrate and sign the Buffalo Opportunity Pledge.
