Columbus Zoo welcomes 4 African lion cubs

POWELL, Ohio (WCMH) — The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium announced four African lion cubs were born Sunday.
The cubs were born to second-time parents Asail and Tomo, and this is the first lion cub birth at the zoo since September of 2009. All three adult lions and cubs are interacting well together, according to the zoo.
Asail’s sister Kazi is also pregnant and expected to give birth later in August.
