Cold case murder investigation leads to arrest of librarian

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – A Buffalo cold case investigation stemming from the murder of an elderly war veteran in 1983 has led to the indictment of a Buffalo woman, who was arrested Tuesday without incident.
