Code Blue 32 in effect Sunday and Monday

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A Code Blue 32 has been issued overnight for Sunday, Nov. 28 and during the day Monday, Nov. 29 in Buffalo and Southern Erie County.
