CNN names 2017 Hero of the Year

(WIVB) — CNN named its 2017 Hero of the Year.
Amy Wright is an advocate for disabled workers. Two of her children were born with down syndrome, and soon after their births, she decided to become an advocate.
Wright runs a coffee shop that employs 40 people who have physical and intellectual challenges.
As the newest CNN Hero, Wright will receive $100,000 to grow her cause.
