Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office investigating series of buglaries

HANOVER, N.Y. (WIVB) — Authorities in Chautauqua County are asking residents to keep a close eye on suspicious people and vehicles after a series of burglaries.
The Sheriff’s Office says open barns and vehicles have been broken into in the southern part of Hanover and the central part of Pomfret. Thieves (or a thief) have been taking power tools and garden equipment.
