Changes may be coming to Buffalo’s Skyway

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – Changes may be coming to Buffalo’s Skyway.
The NYSDOT has agreed to study alternatives.
Congressman Brian Higgins and State Senator Tim Kennedy made the announcement Sunday.
The environmental impact study will analyze the affects of removing or replacing the Skyway.
In a letter, DOT commissioner Matthew Driscoll says they will look at the mobility, environmental, cultural and economic affects.
