Changes coming to Buffalo’s Outer Harbor

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — More changes are on the way at Buffalo’s Outer Harbor after Governor Andrew Cuomo announced New York State wants to give more people access to the location.
Cuomo’s office announced on Monday a set of new changes and released accompanying pictures, noting crews will begin working on a small breakwall and a retaining wall. The new breakwall will include a paved walking and bike path along with shaded seating areas and a fishing platform and lighting.
