Certified doctor talks medical marijuana

AMHERST, N.Y. (WIVB)- The state’s medical marijuana program rolled out Thursday, but Erie County’s two dispensaries were relatively quite.
“We’re waiting on the final green light. Once that final green light comes down, we will move product from our cultivation centers and bring it on site,” said Rachel Schepart, General Manager of PharmaCann’s dispensary in Amherst.
