CDC confident in new Flu vaccines

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB)- Flu season is fast approaching, and officials at the Centers for Disease Control said they’re more prepared than last year.
Last year’s Flu season was crippled by the H3N2 strain, which wasn’t included in the vaccine. This year, it is.
So far 40 million doses have been distributed, and 130 million more are on the way.
The CDC is confident the vaccine will be more effective given the added strain.
