Caught on camera: Accused killer dad pulled over with victim’s four kids

LAS CRUCES (KRQE) – An accused killer got into a car, with the victim’s four young children, left Albuquerque and was headed to Texas, but in a traffic stop captured on dash-cam video, Carlos Perez was stopped in Las Cruces on I-25.
Perez, 30, got close, but he never made it out of New Mexico. In the nick of time, he was caught.
