Catholic school teacher sentenced for criminal sexual act

BUFFALO, NY (WIVB) – A teacher at a Catholic school in South Buffalo will not serve jail time for illegal sexual conduct with a female former student.
This morning Mary Rose Brady appeared in State Supreme Court and was sentenced to six years probation for a criminal sexual act.
The indictment against Brady involves incidents in 2009 with a former student who claimed Brady had oral sex with her several times over the course of a year.
Notre Dame Academy, where Brady worked emphasized
