Carly’s Club gets special permit for swimming at Gallagher

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — There have been a lot of improvements at Gallagher Beach since it became a state park on Buffalo’s outer harbor, but swimming is still an issue.
Sunday, when Carly’s Club held it “Summer Splash” fundraiser, the state required that a special water test be conducted by Erie County. The event raises money to fight pediatric cancer.
