Car strikes multiple people near New York’s Penn Station

NEW YORK — Multiple people have been struck by a vehicle near Pennsylvania Station in New York, the NYPD says.
A spokesman said the incident appears to have been an accident. The spokesman said the man lost control of the vehicle after an issue with the pedals.
One man and two women were injured. Their injuries are not life-threatening, the spokesman said.
