Burned out building sits dormant on Elmwood

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) –Four months after it burned, weeds are growing in the rubble of a building on Elmwood near Hertel Avenue in North Buffalo.
The former Dow Building, which has been vacant for years burned on April 13, and has sat frozen in time ever since then.
