Buffalo’s five persistently struggling schools receive $1.75 million
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — An injection of funds could help five of Buffalo’s schools that have been marked as persistently struggling.
New Buffalo Superintendent Dr. Kriner Cash announced on Monday his new school district received help by the tune of $1.75 million in Race to the Top funds. The funds were approved for Buffalo by New York Education Commissioner MaryEllen Elia.
