Buffalo School Board set to make superintendent hiring decision

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – The Buffalo School Board is scheduled to vote during a special session Tuesday whether to hire Dr. Kriner Cash as the new superintendent.
The school board president is set to present a motion to appoint Dr. Cash to the superintendent post, contingent on him getting the necessary New York State certification. The state Education Department will be checking out Cash’s credentials before deciding whether to issue that certification.
