Buffalo man arrested on homicide warrant during traffic stop

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A Buffalo man was arrested early Wednesday morning on homicide charges due to an outstanding warrant following a traffic stop in Carrollton, the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office said.
