Buffalo man arrested for public lewdness for 2nd time in under 3 weeks

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A Buffalo man has been arrested on charges of public lewdness, burglary, harassment and trespassing less than three weeks after being arrested for indecent exposure on W. Delavan and Elmwood, the Buffalo Police Department announced.
