Buffalo man arraigned for fatal shooting, stabbing victim

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A Buffalo man was arraigned Wednesday morning for allegedly shooting and stabbing two people at separate locations on May 12, the Erie County District Attorney's Office said.Officials said in the early morning of May 12, Emanuel Stokes, 28, allegedly shot a 34-year-old man in the area of Kehr Street and Urban Street in Buffalo.
