Buffalo man accused of sexual assault indicted for separate burglary

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A Buffalo man under prosecution for an alleged sexual assault has been indicted for a separate burglary, the Erie County District Attorney's Office announced.Lamont K. Love, 34, is accused of breaking into a residence in the early hours of Feb. 23, officials said. The victim allegedly awoke to a loud noise in their apartment's kitchen and called police, finding a window screen and kitchen countertop damaged.
