Body washes up on Lake Erie’s shore in Buffalo

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A body washed up on Lake Erie’s shore on Friday morning, prompting the response of homicide investigators.
Buffalo Police and Buffalo Fire responded to the scene at LaSalle park Friday at 10:40 a.m. to investigate the body. They set up a perimeter to investigate the human remains, which they described as skeletal in nature, from the water’s edge.
