Body, grow operation discovered in Carmel Rd. home

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Buffalo police and fire, as well as hazmat crews showed up to a home on Carmel Rd. after a body was discovered Friday morning.
Police responded to a “check for welfare call” shortly after 9:15 a.m.
