Black Friday vs. Cyber Monday: Who wins?

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB)- Black Friday is the kick-off of the holiday shopping season, and experts anticipate three out of four Americans are taking part this year.
But many consumers in Western New York told News 4 the big crowds and the early start are enough to stay home.
“I’ve never done it. It kind of scares me in a way, I’d rather just do all my shopping online,” said Lauren Almeter of Buffalo.
Like thousands of other Americans, her eyes are on Cyber Monday.
