Bills sign RB Dan Herron, release CB Julian Whigham

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WIVB) — With the release of cornerback Julian Whigham, the Buffalo Bills have signed running back Dan Herron.
Herron, 27, previously spent time with the team during the 2015 season. He originally came into the NFL as a sixth-round draft pick of the Cincinnati Bengals in 2012.
Before his NFL career, Herron played for Ohio State in 35 career games, starting in three of them.
While with Ohio State, he ran for 468 yards and scored one touchdown on 112 carries. In
