Batavia man, 24, charged with raping 5-year-old

BATAVIA, N.Y. (WIVB) — A local 24-year-old is facing first-degree rape charges after Orleans County Sheriff’s Deputies conducted an investigation into the rape of a 5-year-old child.
Officers say they had been investigating the alleged 2011 rape of the child for two months after it was reported. Police say 24-year-old Nicholas McKague raped the child in the Town of Clarendon.
